When you have had a stressful day at work, or your week hasn’t gone quite as planned, you feel drained and life-less. Well girl, you need to pick yourself back up, because life is too short to feel sorry for yourself. It's time to get sassy again.
Put the kettle on, make a brew.
Play your favourite feel good music.
Call one of your all time girlfriends for a catch up.
Take a trip to St. Tropez. The kind that comes in a bottle.
Paint your nails a bright, bold colour!
Read a chapter or two of an inspirational book .
Run a bubble bath and sneak some pieces of your favourite chocolate in with you.
Have a pamper night… exfoliate, moisturise, face mask, oil on hair. New woman.
If you’re feeling flush, book in to have a massage. It’s important to wind down and relax.
Get an early night, often enough the best way to feel better is by getting a good sleep.
