10 things to instantly make you feel f-a-b-ulous

When you have had a stressful day at work, or your week hasn’t gone quite as planned, you feel drained and life-less. Well girl, you need to pick yourself back up, because life is too short to feel sorry for yourself. It's time to get sassy again.

  1. Put the kettle on, make a brew.

  2. Play your favourite feel good music.

  3. Call one of your all time girlfriends for a catch up.

  4. Take a trip to St. Tropez. The kind that comes in a bottle.

  5. Paint your nails a bright, bold colour!

  6. Read a chapter or two of an inspirational book .

  7. Run a bubble bath and sneak some pieces of your favourite chocolate in with you.

  8. Have a pamper night… exfoliate, moisturise, face mask, oil on hair. New woman.

  9. If you’re feeling flush, book in to have a massage. It’s important to wind down and relax.

  10. Get an early night, often enough the best way to feel better is by getting a good sleep.

It's super easy to forget the little things. Take care of yourself, you deserve to feel fabulous.
